We have provided precast concrete structures and enclosure systems for a wide variety of projects including educational, government, multi-unit residential, retail, sports complexes/stadiums, and parking garages. 

The Facilities Custodian will perform various duties to building maintenance tasks as required to keep the office buildings, production buildings and surrounding areas in a clean and orderly condition.

This is a 1st shift position working Monday - Friday. 

Starting at $18.00/hr. and can increase based on previous experience.

Your Typical Day:


  • Works from written and verbal instructions  and assigned schedules to clean and maintain plant offices, cafeteria, and production areas.  This will include cleaning and sweeping floors, maintaining locker rooms, lavatories, and emptying waste receptacles.

  • Replaces consumable supplies in common areas such as paper towels, soap and other general supplies

  • Paint and touch-up walls, shelves, or furniture, railings, doors and other equipment

  • Replaces bulbs, signs and globes

  • Moves office furniture, file cabinets, tables, and other office equipment as needed 

  • Removes snow from sidewalks and lays down de-icing and slip prevention material down on the sidewalks

  • Pick up parts, equipment, and run basic errands as directed

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications:


  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent

  • Must be able to read and follow verbal and written instructions

  • Able to detect malfunctioning machines and lavatory equipment

  • Able to track necessary supplies and manage use of time

  • Valid drivers license required
