Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in San Francisco, CA.

Duties Include:

• Product Manager will collaborate with People Infrastructure and Business Technology teams to manage requirements, sprints, and system updates


• Build and improve Talent Acquisition processes throughout the recruitment life cycle


• Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to engineering when necessary


• Partner with stakeholders to understand and define requirements


• Liaise with Technical Program Managers (TPM's) and Engineering teams for sprint planning and execution


• Monitor the health and performance of systems and tools within the Talent Acquisition sector


• As a Product Manager, you will support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities, upgrades and patches


• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability and engagement in RFP processes when necessary


• Partner closely with Product Managers on the TA Technology team to execute against deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years administering or supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) tools (e.g., Oracle, iCIMs, SHL, Beamery)


• Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems


• Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Experience with product lifecycle management


• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices


• Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
