Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking an AI Data Science Product Manager to lead the development of innovative learning solutions driven by AI and data science. In this role, you will craft and execute a strategic roadmap that integrates advanced AI capabilities into our learning platform, enhancing engagement and delivering personalized, data-driven experiences to users. Your work will unify diverse product offerings, ensuring a cohesive and impactful learning journey for millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Lead and own the product roadmap for AI and data science-driven learning solutions, aligning with strategic objectives to enhance user engagement and outcomes
Define and implement AI-powered personalization features, predictive analytics, and data-driven insights to create dynamic learning experiences
Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring and guiding other Product Managers to foster innovation and elevate product development practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales, to execute your strategic vision
Build, prioritize, and refine product requirements using discovery techniques, user feedback, and data analytics to inform decision-making
Champion the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies, staying ahead of industry trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions
Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on insights to continuously improve product outcomes
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a 0-1 product environment, building products from concept to launch
Extensive experience in AI, data science, and their applications in SaaS or software products
Strong leadership skills, including mentoring junior and mid-level Product Managers
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams
Expertise in product management tools and platforms such as JIRA, Trello, Amplitude, or Pendo
A deep understanding of competitive analysis, voice of the customer (VoC), business reviews, and translating business goals into product strategy
You are passionate about leveraging AI and data science to solve complex challenges and improve user experiences
You embrace experimentation, learning from mistakes, and iterating to achieve success
You are an excellent communicator, self-aware, and proactive in addressing challenges and fostering collaboration
You value team success over individual achievements, contributing to high-performing teams by mentoring and supporting others
You prioritize continuous improvement and actively seek feedback to refine your approach
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
