RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Commerce, CA that is seeking an ADP Coordinator.

Summary:
Under the oversight of the Payroll Supervisor, the ADP Coordinator will process biweekly payroll using the ADP system Enterprise HR and ADP TLM, eTime. They will manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. The ADP Coordinator is responsible for accurately maintaining, organizing, and auditing designated group of employees' payroll. They will create basic ad hoc reports utilizing ADPR, they will monitor and review designated employee TLM time records and EV5 employee information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Some college coursework preferred


• 2+ years of payroll training and/or experience required


• Bilingual: Spanish preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
