Your new company has been around since 2007 and the owner is looking ideally for a go fetter, on that he could potentially take over the company. They are a design build firm that has a development site and an in-house architecture firm.



Your new role will need you to demonstrate you can identify new work as well as manage it from Pre-Con to close. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly desirable.



What you'll need to succeed is great references, at least 7+ year Ground Up experience exceeding 20M in total and a real desire to become a business owner one day.
