We are seeking a Project Manager III focused on transportation electrification projects. This role involves professional-level planning and leadership to ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects within schedule and budget constraints, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, schedule, and optimize resources for construction and other large-scale projects.
Ensure high-quality project execution and resolve schedule delays and conflicts.
Mentor and collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes.
Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure timely completion.
Provide comprehensive status reports on project progress.
Make sound decisions, manage risks, and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
Develop and maintain long-term project strategies and plans.
Interface with stakeholders, vendors, and management to ensure project alignment.
Prepare and deliver communications to senior management and other groups.
Ensure accurate reporting in adherence with grant guidelines.
Skills and Abilities:
Advanced proficiency in project management techniques, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve high-risk issues effectively.
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Expertise in the construction bidding process and working with construction firms.
