Role Definition Manages the logistics operations within the Americas Solution Warehouse.
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including coordinating staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow.
Overseeing receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods ensuring efficient inventory management and overall smooth operation of the warehouse.
Maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimizing storage space, and implementing strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking
Planning the flow of goods within the warehouse, including picking routes, packing procedures, and shipping schedules.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like order fulfillment time, accuracy, and warehouse efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
Degree Requirement Degree or equivalent experience desired

Summary Pay Range: $79,800.00 - $119,760.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
