Job Description:
Financial Analyst.
Build & maintain valuation templates of portfolio companies of various industries/strategies; Prepare and/or update a valuation model for each private investment within the strategy; Review valuation templates against backup data provided & other financial statements; Coordinate and administer private equity valuation functions such as interacting with accounting/marketing/legal departments, external auditors, and valuation
firms; Prepare valuation committee package; After finalization of valuations, submit pricing to pricing ops team. Review and monitor accounting systems to ensure pricing is consistent with valuation templates; Prepare tie-outs binder with templates & its financial backups; Evaluate internal procedures and set long and short term goals.
