DNV - Business Assurance is seeking a Contract Support Specialist to support our new sales, renewals, and amendments of contracts within our Management Systems Certification Business.
The role will be based in Mexico City, MX, and report directly to the manager for the sector.
What You'll Do
Candidate will have the responsibility of handling Contracts/Agreements for renewals, updates, and New Sales, as well as amendments as needed of current client projects for a certification body.
Candidate will use programs that calculate by certification requirements and create contracts and amendments for multiple schemes/standards, including ISO 9001/14001/45001/27001, IATF, Aerospace AS9100, Food and Beverage schemes, and more.
Candidate will have the responsibility of ensuring that all information entered is correct by reconciling current project data and requests that come in with the aim of keeping customer certificates valid and contracts sent out in a timely manner, as well as urgently processing data updates and corrections.
Candidate will be able to easily communicate with internal colleagues and other departments and teams to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
Role consists of Information Analysis and Research.
Candidate will track and manage work assignments using a SharePoint queue per KPI's and standards set.
Other duties and projects could be assigned by line manager.

Position Qualifications:
What is Required
Minimum of High school diploma
A minimum of two years' experience in the industry
Experience in customer service is a must
Advanced English language, verbal and written
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
Able to demonstrate quality of work for a high-volume workload with deadlines
Able to effectively manage time and projects project data, and communicate details well with others
Strong attention to detail, coupled with an uncompromising dedication to ethical, professional behavior
Capable of working effectively both in remote team environment as well as individually, and in office as required by line manager
Strong written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills
