Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
