Job Description
This role involves managing the development and execution of recruitment materials, supporting website updates, training new team members, and collaborating with key stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator with experience in clinical trials and recruitment processes, capable of leading efforts to ensure successful trial enrollment.
Development of internal and external recruitment materials (StudyWatch, Qualtrics/CRIO Screeners, call/texting campaigns, etc.) and monitor the effectiveness of recruitment tactics
Collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Sub-Investigators (Sub's) to ensure recruitment content is aligned and streamlined, facilitating successful participant enrollment.
Collaborate with Study Support and Quality teams to maintain consistency and quality in all recruitment-related content
Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), IRB (Institutional Review Board) guidelines, and other regulatory standards
Work closely with the clinical research team, study coordinators, investigators, and recruitment teams to monitor, track, and update recruitment efforts
Lead and participate in meetings to provide updates on recruitment progress and address challenges
Train new hires on recruitment processes, best practices, and compliance requirements
Develop and update training materials to reflect current SOP'S and Work Instructions
Act as a mentor and resource for new team members
Maintain study archives
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors or Graduate degree in Public Health
Experience with running text, email, Google AdWords, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns, influencer programs and website optimization
Experience working in a Clinical Trial setting
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Language Skills: English
Mathematical Skills: Basic
Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Moderate to Advanced
Computer Skills: Basic to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and E-mail)
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and sets per hour (after sufficient training)
Regular work attendance (as scheduled)
Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced, highly professional environment.
