Job Description:

Location: Newark, NJ

Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Description: A growing Fortune 100 distribution company located in the Newark area is currently searching for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager. To be considered, you must have a minimum of a High School Diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus), 6 plus years of experience in facilities maintenance within a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You must be well-versed in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, as well as experience maintaining commercial heating/air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You must be hands-on and have a strong service ethic through personal example, as well as a stable work history. Those with foodservice distribution experience and HVAC or Freon certifications will receive the highest consideration!
