Description:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who strives for excellence and is passionate about building highly scalable applications. The ideal candidate will help build new applications or modernize existing ones, serving as an individual contributor to meet client requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and implement UI and microservices, implement telemetry solutions, and build CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to build product features.
Create innovative solutions to meet business needs and improve application health and reliability.
Define coding standards and best practices.
Coach and mentor other developers on the team.
Skills:
7+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering.
2+ years of experience developing applications in React/Angular, including component design and state management.
5+ years of experience with Java.
5+ years of experience with Node.js.
2+ years of experience processing data using Kafka streams.
2+ years of experience designing and implementing RESTful services.
2+ years of Agile delivery experience.
2+ years of experience building microservices using Spring Boot.
2+ years of experience working on an Agile team.
2+ years of experience developing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
2+ years of experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
2+ years of cloud experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Broad understanding of data pipelines.
Ability to develop architecture and manage a small team.
Desired Skills:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with Kafka or other event streaming technologies.
Experience with Docker, Azure, Jenkins, Grafana, and Splunk.
Experience working in a DevSecOps model.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices.
Healthcare industry experience.
