We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Digital Forensics and Incident Response Senior Manager to join our Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, and Privacy team.


CohnReznick is a hybrid firm meaning most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

    YOUR ROLE.




    Responsibilities include but not limited to:



    You will be part of the incident response and forensics team assisting clients experiencing a cyber-attack. You will help lead computer/digital forensics investigations and assist in developing forensic tools and techniques. You will also support other projects in the Cybersecurity, Technology Risk and Privacy practice.

    The position involves contributing individually (e.g. responding to incidents, performing assessments, etc.), leading a team of professionals, and developing new business. While this role focuses on incident response, it also requires the ability to contribute with other cyber roles and services. Occasional domestic and possibly international travel may be involved, sometimes with short notice. Government security clearance is not required but a private background check and screening will be conducted.

    Below are specific examples of your responsibilities. You would perform these activities in our office and at client locations within the US and occasionally internationally.


    • Provide strong technical skills in support of proactive and reactive cyber assignments.

    • Serve as the Case Manager on incidents, managing resources, presenting findings and effectively advising the client.

    • Assist in developing new service lines and bring them to market.

    • Monitor your own work and that of your team on assignments, ensuring high quality and value is delivered to the client.

    • Communicate regularly to senior members of the team, bringing issues and concerns to the attention of appropriate personnel for resolution and decision making.

    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships build market presence and generate revenue.

    • Support the development of junior staff by acting as mentor and ensuring high standards are met at all times.

    • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (consisting of utilization, realization, business generation and personal objectives) are consistently achieved.


    YOUR EXPERIENCE.




    The successful candidate will have:



    • 10+ years of experience in hands-on technology roles, with a proven track record of service delivery.

    • 5+ years of experience in digital forensics and incident response

    • Proven ability to develop new business

    • Mastery of cybersecurity principles and their integration into technology solutions.

    • Prior experience assessing against data management and governance frameworks.

    • Experience working in professional services or similar client-focused industries.

    • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technology teams.

    • Strong business writing and communication skills

    • Strong work ethic and desire to meet client demand

    • The ability to multi-task in a dynamic team environment

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field required.

    • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS in Technology Management) preferred.

    • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCFE, EnCE, ACE, CEH) are a plus.
