We are looking for professionals experienced with the Oracle Cloud ERP solution with prior experience with the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules. What you will do:

• Deliver client projects as a lead Oracle Cloud ERP AR, AP, and GL Solution Architect ("SA") (experience in Oracle ERP Cash Management (Banks Reconciliation) and Fixed Assets modules preferred)


• Design and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP functional requirements with leading practices throughout all phases of an ERP transformation


• Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutions


• Lead Testing and Training Programs during client Oracle Cloud ERP transformations with focus on AR, AP, and GL


• Participate in robust change management programs to increase client adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP modules


• Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert. Participate in client scoping and shaping of proposals and implementation approaches


• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud ERP client delivery tools, templates, and methods


• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to consultants and client team members


• Participate in the development and deployment of team member implementation training


• Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm-wide learning and development programs


• Support the growth and development of team members and clients through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management information systems, engineering or related field.


• Minimum of 5 (five) years of implementation experience with at least two years of hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Cloud ERP modules


• Oracle Cloud certifications in related modules preferred

The compensation range for this role is $169,820 to $367,920. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location Apply Now
