Rivet has multiple opportunities on our growing Marine Corps Systems Command professional support services team spanning program and acquisition management, logistics, finance, contracts, engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
Duties:
Under the direction of the Senior Admin Support Specialist Task Lead, the MICP Specialist assists the Government in the development and implementation of Management Internal Control Program (MICP) requirements. Conduct risk assessments, identify internal control (IC) objectives based on risk assessments, complete internal control reviews based on IC plans and risk assessments, assist with Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and track/report IC reviews and CAPs to leadership. Secondary support to Task 3.8 Lead.
Compensation Minimum: $44,500.00
Compensation Maximum: $56,500.00

Experience:
Four years of DoD Administrative Support.
Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to initiate plans, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook).
Education or Certification:
High School Diploma
Security:
Requires the applicant to pass the security clearance requirement for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
