Days: Tuesday - Saturday

Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• 
  

  
  Installation, configuration, troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software platforms via phone, web and in-person channels. This includes desktops, laptops, printers, thermal label printers, lab equipment, cameras and more.

  
  


• 
  

  
  Configure and maintain laptops and desktops imaged with Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS, including advanced hardware and software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Applications.

  
  


• 
  

  
  Create and maintain effective documentation for both users and technicians to enable recurring tasks to be completed quickly and consistently across the business.

  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 
  

  
  High School diploma or higher with a minimum two years supporting end-users in person, via phone, and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment.

  
  


• 
  

  
  Experience within Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment a must: Active Directory, Win10, MS Apps, etc.

  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• 
  

  
  CompTIA A+ or comparable certification

  
  


• 
  

  
  Experience supporting hardware beyond standard office equipment.

  
  

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs.
