Responsibilities:
Oversee productivity and efficiency of onsite crews performing landscape maintenance tasks
Operate and provide safe training on all equipment, including two-cycle and mowing machinery
Coordinate punch lists, ensure quality control, and maintain communication with clients through the assigned Account Manager
Recruit, train, and develop field operations team members
Conduct weekly inspections of job sites
Manage the programming, inspections, and minor repairs of irrigation systems as necessary
Identify and report onsite issues to the Account Manager
Perform daily inspections to ensure proper equipment usage, preventative maintenance, and fleet management
Lead and conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings
Ensure the proper maintenance, storage, and usage of branch equipment
Supervise the enhancement crews during installation days
Manage labor hours according to the budget for each job
Review and manage property work orders in real time
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a crew in production level including recruiting, hiring, and training field personnel
Extensive knowledge of all landscape maintenance equipment
Experience in production and in customer service in a commercial setting
Proven ability to manage the production of service work effectively
Proficient in Word, Excel, and tablet usage
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
