$38.53-$47.20/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
Additional 4% differential for your bilingual skills

What You'll Do:
Provide client care, conduct initial health assessments, and develop care plans based on health history and needs
Review referrals for Maternal and Pediatric clients, determining needs and collaborating with healthcare providers to develop care plans
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and professionals to coordinate services and adjust care plans as needed
Conduct office/home visits for pre/postnatal clients and newborn assessments, providing interventions and education
Document intervention activities, mentor staff, and students, and ensure compliance with guidelines and requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Associate's Degree with two years experience in parent-child nursing may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree
Six months of experience providing newborn exams is preferred
WA State RN License. If RN license is in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, the following requirements apply:
Must submit proof of license in state of residence.
Must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding.
If relocating to Washington State, must obtain WA RN license within six months of hire
Must update primary state of residence within 60 days (applies to anyone relocating to Washington State)
Military Nurses are not required to obtain a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
BLS Certification within 90 days of hire
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) may be required
Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
