About the Role



The Creative Operations Associate is responsible for driving the day-to-day project management across all creative projects. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager you will be the backbone of our creative workflow, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.


  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end creative process, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Workflow Coordination: Utilize Asana to coordinate and track the progress of creative projects, ensuring all team members are on track and deadlines are met.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.

  • Detail Orientation: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any workflow issues, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Creative Operations Lead on project status, potential risks, and resource needs

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Art, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Asana is essential. Knowledge of other project management tools and software is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for creativity and innovation.

  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions

Compensation Range: $59,670.00 - $79,560.00

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
