ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a full-time Financial Administrator to work with our client the Hawaii's Emergency Management Agency (HIEMA). Please review the details listed below:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm

Core Responsibilities:
Aids in constructing the weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports:
1. Prepares monthly expenditure report based on HI-EMA’s reporting system and format.
2. Prepares quarterly financial statements for Emergency Management Preparedness Grants (EMPG)
3. Prepares Major Disaster Fund (MDF), Mission Assignments, Individual Assistance Program, and other cost financial trackers.
4. Constructs notes and comments to the financial documents, statements, and trackers.
5. Builds a system to document and digitalize all financial statements, trackers, entries, and transactions.
6. Analyze financial data and recommends ways to help HI-EMA run efficiently.
7. Keeps account books and systems up to date.
8. Other tasks related to financial reporting.
