The holder of this position is responsible for the efficient and economical operation of the branch office with accountability for bottom-line results.
Responsibilities/Duties
Ability to make and service loans
Lead and direct the branch office in new business development efforts
Assure prompt delivery of service to member-borrowers
Develop and implement marketing and business plans
Take a leadership role in promoting the Association at the local level
Assure sound loans and lending practices
Complete documentation and analysis of loans
Direct financially related services
Act on loans and loan-related actions within limits of delegated authority
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Agriculture
