DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Education and Corporate Sales to lead and expand our business development efforts within the audio-visual (AV) industry. While experience in AV is a plus, we welcome candidates from related fields who have a strong sales background and an ability to build relationships, manage teams, and drive growth in education and corporate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target education institutions and corporate clients.
Identify and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational organizations, corporations, and other targeted sectors.
Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and emerging technologies to position the company as a trusted solutions provider.
Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and technical teams, to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Analyze market data and sales performance to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, or account management, preferably in education, corporate, AV, or related fields.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the education and corporate sectors and their unique needs.
Experience in managing and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
