Willow Springs is looking for an experienced Director of Staff Development (DSD) to join our awesome leadership team! The DSD is responsible for overseeing the development, training and education of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Current RN or LVN license in the state of CA.

- Current DSD Certification

- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills

PAY: From $80,000 per year+ / DOE
