The Opportunity
Support sales pipeline management; from initial lead creation through contract close.
Support the Request for proposal (RFP) process from start to finish; heavy focus on internal coordination/communication and management of timeline.
Internal coordination with multiple departments including Operations, Marketing, Content Team, Finance, Legal, and Research and Analytics Team.
Create and execute pipeline and new revenue reports.
Work with research to identify material/reports, and market research for strategic input for all sales meetings.
Support VPs in client communication and act as the main point of contact when appropriate.
Maintain internal database (Salesforce) to track sales pipelines, key performance metrics, sales and marketing activities, and updated client contact information.
Manage business evaluation process.
Manage Business Development and Operations handoff for new contract start-ups including creating essential documents necessary for launch.
Initiate compensation assessment with recruiting departments.
Manage new opportunity creation in various databases and disseminate info to appropriate internal/external team members.
Facilitate inter- and intra-department meetings and communication to support business objectives.
Monitor and improve implementation process in collaboration with Contract Implementation Team.
Triage department requests, develop and manage project plans from inception to successful execution within project deadlines.
Identify project requirements and explore solutions that clearly fit business and user goals under the company's brand framework.
Create and present project recommendations to internal and external clients.
Manage relationships with a variety of departments, client executives, vendors, etc.
Keep all concerned parties informed on the status of projects in progress including scheduling status meetings and work-in-progress meetings on an as needed basis.
Performs related duties as required.
Manage and supervise Opportunity Manager(s).
Provide direction for team members ensuring all deliverables are aligned with strategic goals and growth of Vituity.
Work closely with Senior Manager, Growth to create strategic plans and support Business Development and Leadership teams.
Responsible for driving and optimizing technology platforms to create more efficiencies across the team.
Responsible for conducting annual performance reviews for opportunity manager(s), coaching on areas related to individual professional development plans.
Responsible for ensuring effective onboarding processes are in place and followed when new team members are hired.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the opportunity management team and conduct regular check-in meetings with team members.
Required Experience and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 6+ years' work experience, ideally in a healthcare setting within sales or marketing required.
Must possess at least two of the following: Leadership experience, Customer service experience, Experience working in a team environment, Sales or fundraising experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
Ability to communicate by e-mail and phone with senior executives.
Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities while working towards an established goal.
Strong leadership and team motivational skills.
Ability to drive performance through coaching and mentoring team members.

Proficient in MS Office Suite in Windows platform.
Technologically sound; familiar with business development and sales tools and database management.
Ability to work flexible hours.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $91,125 - $113,921, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
