Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to identify business needs and translate them into engaging, user-friendly design solutions.
Lead design workshops to foster alignment and collaboration across partner teams.
Adapt to a rapidly changing environment, proactively recommending design solutions based on thorough research and analysis.
Create wireframes and mock-ups, ranging from minimal to detailed, realistic, and interactive prototypes.
Utilize design tools (e.g., Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma) to deliver concepts and facilitate successful collaboration across teams, framing problems, deriving insights, and defining visual designs to meet customer needs.
Contribute to the team's internal design framework, best practices, and guidelines by designing within existing standards and creating new ones.
Collaborate with partners and teams across various geographies.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design, demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Prior design experience at a major bank is essential.
