Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst
The day one responsibilities will include getting familiar with the Product, why we use it, how we use it and where we would like to take it. Will need to understand the architecture and all APIs used within organisation and on the Pindrop side. It will be critical to understand those pieces to write user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and network engineers, to ensure cohesive integration
Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced SAFe agile environment
Must Have Technical Skills:
Level 2: 2-4 years
Understanding of Inner and Outer APIs *No UI work involved
Story writing skills (Agile experience)
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
Genesys Cloud
Salesforce
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven individual who does not need to be supervised, can work independently
Education/Certifications: No degree requirement - relevant work experience is suitable
