Hours: Must be available between 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)



Rate: Starting at $25.00/hour



Position Overview:



We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our healthcare providers. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Top Responsibilities:

• Rooming Patients: Escort patients to examination rooms, ensure they are comfortable, and prepare them for the physician.


• Taking Vitals: Accurately measure and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.


• Patient History: Collect and document patient medical histories and current health concerns.


• Assisting with Procedures: Assist healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures.


• Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle other administrative duties as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications/Experience:

• MA-C License: Current and valid Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license.


• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C).


• CPR Certification: Current CPR certification.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Attributes:

• Flexibility: Ability to work in both Mill Creek and Everett locations.


• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment.


• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and staff.
