We are seeking a passionate Sr. Developer Relations Manager who strongly desires to help our Audio & Music developer partners in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry. Working in a multifaceted environment experiencing rapid growth, you will use your communication, leadership skills and ecosystem contacts to connect developers to NVIDIA's resources, to nurture and develop the Audio & Music ecosystem. You will also act as an "Agent of Change" and help our partners develop and adapt new cloud-based and AI improved production workflows. Your ability to work independently is meaningful. You will also work cross-functionally within NVIDIA to guide our roadmaps to meet the needs of our partners. You should have a confirmed understanding of audio and music production concepts, software, architectures, and workflows and an ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies. Music Industry background and an understanding of music streaming platform business and licensing a bonus.

What you will be doing:


  • Understand and articulate Audio & Music business and Go to Market strategies. Engage specific groups and applications where NVIDIA technologies make sense and gain commitment for projects which expand the NVIDIA ecosystem.


  • Document and communicate quarterly Audio & Music developer ecosystem results and the impact on NVIDIA through competitive analysis and ongoing business metrics.


  • Work with NVIDIA internal teams to lead engagement and become a trusted advisor to the Audio & Music partners introducing NVIDIA management to appropriate ISV counterparts.


  • Coordinate executive alignment meetings to ensure top-down commitment from Audio & Music partners and NVIDIA.


  • Improve Audio & Music developer presence at key NVIDIA events and online properties, particularly GTC (GPU Technology Conference) and the NVIDIA website. Work with Industry Marketing and OEM (Original equipment manufacturers) partner teams on partner-related events and marketing campaigns.


  • Be the go-to person at NVIDIA for all things related to Audio & Music partners.


  • Act as a liaison between major/independent labels, Performance Royalty Organization, publishing and management companies.


  • Work with M&E ISV partner marketing management to help build GTM positioning for NVIDIA's Worldwide Field Organization (WFFO).


  • Develop an effective cross-company executive relationship to guide strategic alignment across business units. Develop semi-annual strategic alignment reviews with Audio & Music ISVs.



What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of related industry experience/strategic alliance/business development experience in production with software/hardware products.


  • 5+ years of working experience with a software company serving the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry or related Audio & Music market.


  • 5-10 years of Audio & Music Content Creation production experience with a technical background and a deep understanding of Content Creation industry workflows and production pipelines.


  • Positive relationship, analytical, marketing, and project management skills.


  • BS or equivalent experience, or Technical Certifications in a creative or engineering field a bonus.


  • Excellent communication and liaison skills are important since the candidate must work across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, and marketing) and with external partners, customers, and content developers. Must be comfortable speaking publicly with C-level, individual contributor engineers and marketers.



Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on production experience with Audio & Music production tools


  • Working experience in the Audio & Music field with a deep understanding of Audio & Music production pipelines


  • Have high energy, positive demeanor, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects in a fast-paced environment.


  • Production experience with multiple DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) apps


  • Understanding of the vast audio plug-in ecosystem (VST, AU, AAX) as well as an understanding of collaboration process between startups and enterprises in a go-to-market framework.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
