Your Role: Inventory Coordinator – Production

As the Inventory Coordinator – Production, you will manage the flow of inventory and data through the supply chain to support Pet Health manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, inventory management, and shipping of materials, while ensuring accurate records and efficient processes to maintain smooth operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the receiving and issuing of materials, including raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.




• Perform cycle counting activities and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.




• Coordinate material movements between warehouses and production areas, ensuring adequate inventory for production requirements.




• Report issues and troubleshoot equipment and process problems, initiating necessary investigations.




• Support continuous improvement efforts by enhancing business practices and safety conditions.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent




• Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in a warehousing or inventory control environment




• Top 2 skills: Strong SAP knowledge, attention to detail

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Fork truck certification




• Experience working in a GMP environment




• Strong teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills




• Familiarity with SAP, Veeva, GMARS systems • Problem-solving and documentation skills

Additional Information:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions




• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with potential for overtime based on business needs




• Known allergens in area.




• This job is fast paced with changing priorities.




• Minimal travel may be required.




• Successful completing of training requirements related to the job will be required.
