Job Description:

Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for an Engineering Coordinator to join their team!

The ideal candidate will be an organized individual with an administrative background, great communication skills, computer proficient, experience handling phone calls/emails, creating purchase orders, keeping inventory counts and ordering accordingly. Customer service and hotel operations background is required.

Shift Pattern: Full Time/ Full availability is required / Typical shift hours are 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $19.00

What will I be doing?

• Performs administrative duties including the coordination of maintenance and warranty requests, recording and tracking maintenance needs, typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests and other general office duties.
• Connecting with vendors for materials and supplies
