A day in the life.
This position is a five-day-a-week on-site position based out of our Palm Beach Gardens location, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
As our Receptionist on the Business Services Group team, you'll
Managing all incoming calls
Handling queries and complaints via phones
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time
Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
Log checks and Overnight to Lockboxes
Handle daily Incoming faxes
Provide concierge-level support for visitors and clients
Support facilities related needs
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a professional office setting
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
Ability to analyze and prioritize a variety of tasks and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
Well organized, strong attention to detail, deadline oriented, and self-motivated
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Facilities-related experience in a support capacity
