Job Description:

Work on complex projects in the consumer and retail sector to help clients improve operating results, drive large-scale transformations and assist during M&A/carve-out activities. Analyze client business operations, performance drivers, and risks, while establishing frameworks to guide analysis toward definitive goals. Lead complex workstreams, creating workplans, delegating analytical tasks to junior team members, and leveraging analytical techniques to mine strategic insights from complex datasets. Review the analyses of Associates to extrapolate strategic initiatives and lead comprehensive evaluations of client businesses to inform strategic planning. Craft strategic roadmaps based on business and environmental evaluations, integrating team findings into strategies that align with client objectives, focusing on performance improvement and cost optimization through rigorous benchmark analysis. Manage strategic client relationships, navigating diverse cultural, political, and stakeholder landscapes to meet project expectations. Ensure high-quality deliverables, embodying strategic insights and actionable recommendations, while setting excellence standards within the team. Mentor junior team members to enhance their financial and operational analysis skills and collaborate with other Managers and Directors to ensure all workstreams effectively achieve both organizational and client goals. Engage in stakeholder management and communications with C-suite executives. Domestic or international travel up to approx. 50% of time. This is a telework opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field and minimum 2 years of experience in any occupation of analyst or associate level management consultant. Experience must include: assisting with strategic planning, operations strategy, supply chain analysis and sourcing analysis for business development; structuring problem solving approaches; synthesizing complex analysis and identifying implications; conducting financial analysis and modeling; proposing operational recommendations and initiatives that augment EBITDA and business value; client relationship management; and proposal development.
