Job Description:
Work alongside other A&M professionals on complex assignments that range from holistic cross functional transformations, functional performance improvement, interim management, and M&A assistance with a clear focus on quickly identifying high impact opportunities for EBITDA expansion and driving shareholder/company value. Perform fact-based analysis, assess state of operations, to help identify key risks to investments or opportunities, and quantify potential business improvement plans. Understand the key operational performance drivers of a business and extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business operations and its risks, including the cost base and on-going CapEx requirements. Help the client to identify performance gaps, assess substantial issues and associated one-time and recurring costs, and identify risks and/or opportunities. Provide insights on key issues including quantifying key opportunities and risks and implement the quality of deliverables. Apply analytical skills to help develop findings and make strategic recommendations and work with clients directly to implement these strategic and operational recommendations. Assist with managing client relationships and thoroughly understand culture, environment, stakeholder agendas. Domestic travel up to approx. 50% of time. This is a telework opportunity.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field and minimum 1 year of financial advisory experience. Experience must include: performing due diligence, research and analysis on client's business and industry; synthesizing complex financial analysis and identifying implications; investigating business and financial plans of companies to drive investment decisions; performing financial valuation analysis; executing in-depth analyses to support new business development and transaction to clients and prospects; structuring problem solving approaches for strategy and business development; collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing respective workstreams effectively; contributing to the development of marketing materials and pitchbooks; and engaging in stakeholder management and communications with C-suite executives.
