Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our staff.

Position Overview:

Account Managers serve as the primary contact with customers and are responsible for customer satisfaction. They build relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:

Supervised by the Branch Manager, Senior Account Manager will be the main point of contact for the customer generally via phone or e-mail correspondence though occasional face to face meetings are required; Sales: quoting, order entry, sourcing new vendors, obtain new customers; Program: installing/maintaining complete operations including inventory levels, adding new parts and quality issues; Enter customer orders into IST, enter orders with vendors.

Requirements:

High School graduate (minimum) with qualifying professional experience.

Proven account management skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.

Extremely detail-oriented, Self-motivated and persistent; Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in fastener sales.

A college background is preferred.

Other Skills/Abilities:

Math skills; Proficient level computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
