Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Food and Beverage and Recreation Supervisor to join theFood & Beverage T eam! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, with their Orlando family resort pool area named #1 by TripAdvisor's Top 10 Fantastic Pools.

The ideal candidate will possess minimum 2 years Food and Beverage experience, preferably in a hotel setting, has a strong customer service background with knowledge of F&B and liquor. Experience within a fast-paced environment and in large properties is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests and team members with anything that may arise, overseeing the Food and Beverage operations by the pool and the recreations activities.

Shift Pattern: AM, MID and PM shifts, starting as early as 8AM and ending as late as 11PM, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay rate: $21.06 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage and Recreation Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate all activities and services for Resort guests utilizing our pool and fitness center, providing guidance and leadership to all team members in those respective areas.


  • Supervises and develops various recreational activities, food and beverage service and other fitness related guest activities.
  • Develops and facilitate amenities for guests on the pool deck such food & beverage offerings, etc.
  • Ensures that pool deck, restaurant and fitness center departments are fully staffed, responsible for training team members to perform all service standards.
  • Monitor quality of service by observing or asking customers about needs; resolve customer complaints about service, food quality, etc. by assessing problem and taking immediate action.
  • Coordinating day to day operations of the Pool deck including proper chair and cabana set-up and maintenance, ensuring guest are greeted by name and escorted to respective areas on deck and serviced accordingly with towel and chair set-up. Supervising team members so that all guests' needs are exceeded and service evaluations goals are met. Managing all operating inventories and supplies including linen, food & beverage offerings, etc. Relocating and returning deck furniture for all special events
  • Implement procedures to control food and labor costs. Develops and implements all resort guest recreation activities.
  • Ensures that guests utilizing the pool and restaurant area of the resort are provided exceptional experience. Supervises pool attendants, servers, bartenders and food runners to ensure that service evaluation goals are met. Develops and implements all amenities for resort guests. Manages inventory of linen and appropriate guest amenities.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with regular vendors, guests and co-workers.
  • Administer procedures related to Internal Audit. Monitor storage and rotation of food stock and supplies to insure sanitation and inventory procedures are in accordance to hotel guidelines.
