Job Description

Day-to-day:

  • Coordinate team assignments, monitor team progress, maintain shared calendars, and keep ticketing systems updated.
  • Manage customer issues, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary
  • Liaise between client, technical staff and support staff including basic technical troubleshooting with an understanding of technology
  • Perform user administration function for clients that require it
  • Maintain wiki documentation for related processes
  • Manage internal audit to ensure processes are meeting their objectives
  • Adhere to corporate communication standards and procedures. Obtain and provide required customer approvals.


Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a related role
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Familiar with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Competent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized, motivated, positive, customer service focused
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Able to manipulate Excel sheets using formulas and functions
  • Experience using Salesforce would be an asset
  • Experience with an IT ticketing system would be an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities
