Overview
This postdoctoral scholar will serve as project leader under the direction of Dr. David Hurtado, working on multiple applied-research projects to advance evidence-based solutions for improving health and safety for healthcare workers. Duties include data analysis, intervention implementation, manuscript writing, and assistance with grant applications. This position will start on or after January 13, 2025.

Responsibilities
Ph.D. or MD with major training in a relevant field
Experience in public health, occupational health, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field
Experience with applied workplace interventions and worker safety research
Proficiency in statistical software and qualitative analysis tools
Strong writing skills with a record of publication
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a small group setting
Ability to interact in a positive and productive manner with a diverse lab community
Qualifications
Highly motivated and responsible
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to be self-motivated, to prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
