Responsibilities

The Analyst, Tradeshow Communications primary duties will include presentation coordination, event marketing support, data analysis, and managing internal communications. The Analyst, Tradeshow Communications will assist with corporate communications, data interpretation, and delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing and sales efforts as related to EFW Tradeshow.

  • Managing the deadlines for trade show product sponsorships and advertisements.
  • Helping to create trade show-focused blogs to enhance engagement and visibility. Blogs will be reviewed and then turned over to the EFW Marketing team for refinement and distribution.
  • Leading the development and launch of annual surveys, in collaboration with the Experience team, to gather customer feedback on event shipping services.
  • Organizing the data and details for email marketing campaigns for shows and events (e.g., House Hasson, Associations, upcoming events).
  • Creating an internal quarterly newsletter (using tools like Canva) to keep the team updated on events and company activities.
  • Supporting the Sales department by helping to develop proposals and warehouse agreement drafts.
  • Coordinating event timelines and ensure presentation deadlines are met for webinars, sales meetings, and live events.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales and client services team using specific metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Maintaining and organizing sales and customer data in Salesforce for accurate reporting.
  • Analyzing WorldTrak customer data, as well as inside/outside sales data, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with the Tradeshow marketing manager to analyze results from Google Ad Campaigns, to garner an understanding revenue generated through this channel.
  • Assisting the Sales manager with developing marketing initiatives for trade show association collaboration.
  • Oversee contract addendum processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events, supporting all aspects of event preparation. (Kit insert, cold calling campaign, email campaigns)
  • Working directly with the Tradeshow marketing and sales manager to help support all aspects of EFW’s tradeshow participation, including logistical planning, materials preparation, and coordination with show decorators.
  • Preparing materials for the EFW team attending events, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Uploading event results and feedback into Salesforce to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient with email marketing platforms and design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating presentation materials and reports.
  • Ability to present to a group of departments.
  • Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis.
  • Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

SUPERVISION

Position functions with supervision and has no direct reports.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business (or related field) and 0-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or data analysis. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license required.

TRAVEL

Periodic travel up to 15% required.
