We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our channel sales ecosystem to drive revenue and market share growth. You will work closely with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies, foster strong relationships, and achieve sales bookings and revenue targets. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for building high-performing partner networks and closing deals.

You Will:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to meet revenue and market growth objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, building strong and trusting relationships.
  • Work closely with channel partners to achieve assigned quarterly & annual bookings and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong sales pipeline; ability to handle multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
  • This is a direct contributor role carrying an individual quota. Requires hands-on experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close of sales. Responsible for opportunity management, forecasting and business reporting within the Avathon CRM system (i.e., HubSpot).
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to enable partner success.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance, setting and tracking sales targets to ensure consistent growth.
  • Design and manage incentive programs, including rebates, discounts, and promotional activities, to motivate partner engagement and sales performance.
  • Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel activities with overall business goals.
  • Ensure partners have the tools and support needed to successfully sell and market products.
  • Analyze channel sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on channel performance and opportunities.

You'll Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple partners and initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate partner performance and market opportunities.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, channel ecosystems, and partner enablement best practices.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 base salary. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
