Job Description:

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
A growing food company located in Charlotte, NC is currently searching for a Production Supervisor with food manufacturing experience.


In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed


Salary range for this position is $60-65k plus 10% quarterly bonus plus 5th and 6th day pay if working


This is a 3rd shift position from 6pm to 6am. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.


5th and 6th day working is possible and the salary for working those days is outstanding.


Qualifications & Requirements


-Minimum of 2 years' experience in food manufacturing production Required


-2+ years production supervisor experience Required


-Baked goods is preferred


-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others


-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
