Role:
Crown Castle is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer II with knowledge and experience in software testing and best practices with hands-on manual test execution for GUI, API, DB, Service Now and/or mobile applications along with ATF test automation development experience.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer II you will join our Data & Digital Team and participate in day-to-day testing and certification of software solutions as well as conduct hands on test design, execution and reporting within your assigned Agile Team. You will collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to verify that the system under test meets all requirements and company standards. You will help implement best practices and enterprise-wide quality initiatives.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 15% travel.
The salary range offered for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
