About the Opportunity
The Agile Product Delivery group within has an immediate opening for a Transformation Coach, reporting to Chapter Lead of the Agile Product Delivery team. The Transformation Coach will provide strategic consultation with business partners, cross functional teams and senior leadership to support and promote effective Agile processes across the system. You will partner closely with transformation leaders in other districts to provide best practices in alignment with current Agile and Product Standards
What You Will Do:
Collaborates with Transformation Leaders/ Coaches to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of best practices.
Drives cultural change by championing mindsets to ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices. As necessary, ensures alignment with Reserve Bank and System stakeholders, such as the Project Assurance Function (PAF), Audit Community, etc
Creates and implements change management strategies and plans:
Maximizes employee and management adoption, usage, and minimizes resistance to change. • Coaches senior leadership and key stakeholders to fulfill role of change sponsor.
Advises and coaches management and teams to effectively navigate change and ensure adoption of best practices.
Facilitates learning, development, and maturity through individual and team coaching.
Provide data analysis and reporting for districts and organizational leaders
Communicates and coaches on Agile and Product methodologies, key principles, practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
Analyzing data from and supporting maturity processes and platforms.
Product and Agile content creation and management
Presentation and communication skills for executive management
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 5+ years of leadership coaching experience in both Product and Agile Methodologies
Ability to think strategically and plan effectively, including initiative and foresight to anticipate the evolving needs of System IT, particularly with respect to team agility
Experience with industry standard Agile tooling
Experience working with and on Agile Teams
SAFE SPC preferred.
Pragmatic Certification preferred.

Sponsorship is not available for this role. The selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The role will be expected to work on-site 2 days per week at a Federal Reserve Bank location.
The hiring range is $101,300 to $139,260 annually.
For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
