As a job coach you will provide coaching, supervision, and support to our work crews at local businesses in the community.

Hours and Benefits of the Job Coach:

The starting pay range is $18-$20 per hour based on previous experience and education.
Typical hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
Located in St. Cloud, MN

Basic Responsibilities of the Job Coach:

Provide job coaching to consumers in a community employment setting.
Provide supervision and assistance during breaks at the job site.
Community Integration/engagement: staff are responsible for the interaction of the work team with the work community and population at large.
Communicate professionally with assigned job site supervisors and work positively and encourage consumer teams.
Work to positively encourage consumer work growth.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Attend all required and requested staff meetings and training.
