We are searching for a Personal Banker/Customer Service Representative III with a minimum of 2 years recent experience in retail branch banking working on the platform and in the teller window. The candidate will be proficient in running a teller window, opening depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA’s) taking HELOC/HELOAN applications and resolving customer issues on the platform. Conventional First Mortgage application experience is a plus. The successful candidate will work in all areas of the branch and will work within our East region that consists of two different branch locations (Twinsburg and Main).. The home office for this position is our Garfield Branch. The candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, work well in a fast paced environment and thrive in a team based setting.
Requirements:
NOTE: The position requires recent Retail Branch Platform, Teller and Equity Loan and Equity Line applications experience.
