About the Role:

Seasoned Scrum Master and Administrative Assistant with experience in project coordination, agile facilitation, and executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will work closely with our CTO to ensure seamless project delivery and efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires a self-starter who excels in multi-tasking, is detail-oriented, and has a proven track record in both agile project management and executive support. Opportunity to work closely with an executive leadership team and gain insight into strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do



  • Agile Facilitation:

    • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

    • Coach the project team on Agile best practices and continuously foster a collaborative environment.

    • Track and monitor sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.




  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage the CTO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

    • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and maintain organized records of all project documentation.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CTO.




  • Project Coordination & Communication:

    • Liaise between the CTO, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

    • Track action items, tasks, and deliverables, keeping leadership informed of progress and potential roadblocks.

    • Support the creation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive-level discussions.




  • Process Improvement:

    • Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and recommend improvements.

    • Maintain and refine agile processes to align with organizational goals and evolving business needs.



Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 15 years of combined experience in Scrum Master/Agile roles and executive administrative support.

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

  • Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams.

The Work Environment

This is a full-time remote opportunity. Since this is a remote role, must have a dedicated workspace conducive to full videoconferencing (camera and audio) for facilitating webinars and online discussions.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position that typically works business hours Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on needs and may at times include travel, evenings, or weekends to meet specific project requirements.

Conditions of Employment


  • Complete a Drug Test.

  • Available to travel as necessary.

  • Be at least 21 years of age.

  • A valid US Driver’s license.

Security Clearance/Background Check Requirements


  • Applicants selected may be subject to a government background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • Must be a U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident.

  • Residency requirement - 3 consecutive years in the last 5 years.

  • Internal background check to the satisfaction of contract requirements.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions


  • Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to walk sites and attend meetings with other stakeholders and employees.

  • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 10% of the time.

  • Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 10% of the time.

  • Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.

  • Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
