Your Role as a House Supervisor:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN/LPN or RN to support our Director of Nursing Services and ensure the delivery of exceptional care in a long-term care setting.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing functions to meet resident needs.
  • Support development and updates of care plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee their implementation.
  • Monitor and report on resident conditions while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to provide quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and staff training.
  • Provide direct nursing care during emergencies or staffing shortages.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Kansas State Board of Nursing.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PCC and Microsoft Suite preferred.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.
