As a scheduler, you areresponsible for building a schedule for residential and commercial projects. Your day-to-day will always look a little different, but includes:
Be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and provide installation timeframes and dates to clients.
Be a moving resource and consult on installation solutions with the customer to create an accurate schedule timeline.
Collaborating and communicating with builders, sales personnel and production team on the status of each job order
Process work orders for customers in a timely fashion to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Collecting, checking and organizing documentation regarding incoming and outgoing projects
Be an active and productive contributor to regular strategic and tactical meetings. Provide support and take ownership of departmental improvement projects.
High School Diploma or GED required
Office and Scheduling Experience a Plus
Spanish proficiency is a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail to process paperwork, create accurate scheduling outlines and investigative skills to uncover pertinent details of installations
Demonstrated excellence working in client facing roles, preferably on the phone
Strong desire to regularly contribute and have your strategic ideas heard in an always growing and improving environment
Strong desire to contribute to the growth phase of a company that emphasizes culture and employee engagement
Computer and clerical proficiency answering phones, typing, using scheduling software communication and customer service
Reliability to maintain expected operational hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.
