Your Role
The Sr. Associate Quality Assurance Liaison will support the overall maintenance, development and improvement of Quality Systems for the department such as auditing, training, vendor management, equipment qualification, change control, complaint handling and documentation control while remaining compliant with corporate policies and initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Oversight of the instrument calibration program
Response to customer complaints and audit findings
Management of CAPA events
Support of local process improvement initiatives
Participation in customer audits, and training of local employees in updated policies
Support of the department validation team with coordinating activities and assistance with associated documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, chemistry or other life science discipline
3+ years of experience in a quality role
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or other life science discipline
Chemical manufacturing experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
Awareness of Data Integrity principles
Data analysis experience
Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
Communication skills, oral and written
Microsoft Office experience
SAP experience
