Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $27.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Remote HCC Coder!



**All candidates must live in NJ, NY, PA, CT or DE**

Job Details: 6+ Month Contract



Hours: M-F (40 hrs/week)



Location: Remote but must reside in NJ, NY, PA, CT, or DE



Compensation: Competitive and based on experience



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• This position is accountable for accurately reviewing, interpreting, auditing, coding and analyzing medical record documentation for diagnosis accuracy, correct documentation, and Hierarchical Coding Condition (HCC) abstraction


• Review may include inpatient, outpatient treatment and/or professional medical services, according to ICD-9/ICD-10 CM coding guidelines and risk adjustment model regulations


• This position supports Annual Commercial (ACA) and Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audits (RADV) along with the annual Risk Adjustment life cycle for the Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and present picture proof upon submission


• Requires current RHIT, CPC, CCS or AHIMA certification


• Requires 2-5 years of Risk Adjustment HCC Coding experience


• Bachelor's degree preferred
